I have been banking with Compass Bank for many years and have been very happy with them so I never needed to change. Every time I go to the Lobby their staff is so friendly and always willing to help you. I never have to wait very long to get service. Maybe a few minutes if that. When ever I have a problem with my account they don't hesitate to take the time to help me with it. You don't have to go through 5 or 6 people to get a question answered. When you call them you can go through the automated service or actually talk to a real person. They have great hours so basically they are available when ever I need them. .

In my opinion I have very little/none to complain about Compass bank. I picked Compass because i needed a checking account and Compass had the best deal with free checking, free checks for life, low minimum balance, free ATMs, and so on. I also use their online banking all the time and I really have not had any trouble with it at all. Its one of the best mortgage companys i have ever seen as it gives many cost benifits to its customers. In conclusion, my experience with Compass bank has been overall really Excellent!!!. .
